Running in towns and other places feel choppy?
I've checked with a few friends this morning and they too are experiencing the same issue. When moving around it feels choppy, not smooth. Almost like the character is skipping instead of smoothly running.
I have yet to personally debunk this issue and have pondered defragmenting my hard drive to see if it will improve the performance and possibly change anything; though I highly doubt it will. |

Try going to a different district with less people, usually solves it for me.

I have this problem also, it pissed me off the first time it happened a couple months ago and now they did it again.. wtf

strange, after the latest update , i dun have the problem,
few days ago i had terrible lag. |
